Clients traveling with Berachah Travel & Tours will be requested to accept the below terms and conditions at the time of booking the travel services.
Our prices are quoted in United States Dollar (USD) at the current exchange rate and non-commissionable, valid according on the dates specified on the quotations and invoices. Berachah Travel & Tours guarantees that the prices are correct at the time of the quotation, but however, subject to change without prior notice in case of any last-minute change from local service providers due to inflation, currency depreciation and fuel surcharges or any other events that are beyond our company’s control. A surcharge might apply for peak season dates (Water Festival in April, Xmas, New Year, etc.). Please contact us for further details for your group size and supposed departure day.
Please note, though, that if you book a tailor-made itinerary or an extension for a tour, your cruise, accommodation, flights etc. will only be requested by Berachah Travel once the payment due at the time of booking has been received. Your confirmation invoice will indicate your requested package cost and you will be advised of any cruise, accommodation, flights etc. that are still on request and not confirmed at the time the confirmation invoice is issued.
A 25% non-refundable deposit should be paid at the time of confirmation of the services to secure the bookings.
In some cases, the deposit payable will be higher as full or part payment for certain services, such as cruises, beach hotels may also be required to make a booking – details at the time of booking. On occasion, suppliers may unexpectedly require a non-refundable full or part payment for their services (in addition to any deposit paid at the time of booking) in advance of the balance due date in order to secure those services even though these have been previously confirmed. In this situation, we may ask you to pay an additional deposit to cover this payment.
Full payment should be made 65 days before the commencement of the tour by the bank transfer to our USD bank account and a copy of the bank transfer should be sent by mail to Berachah Travel.
Failure payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking with cancellation penalties payable to Berachah Travel.
If a booking is made after the balance due date, full payment is made immediately to confirm the booking.
Berachah Travel and Tours will act as an agent in between our clients and local suppliers providing accommodation, transport and other services stated in the quoted prices.
Berachah Travel will not be responsible and will not accept the liability for loss, personal injury or damage occurred during or after the tour. Additional expenses or loss relating to delay, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest is the responsibility solely by the client.
Clients with special requests for flight seats, room / cabin allocation, dietary considerations, it should mention in writing at the time of booking. A special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier concerned (or Third-Party Suppliers where applicable), we cannot guarantee the requests will be met.
If the clients have cause for complaint whilst on holiday, inform the relevant supplier or guide at the site immediately (or) please write to us within 30 days after the end of services offer by Berachah Travel. We will not deal any complaint receive after 30 days.
If the clients wish to change any aspect of the itinerary after it has commenced, the guide or our office staffs will do its/ our best to assist, subject to clients being responsible for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the arrangements originally booked, for the cost of his/her new arrangements and for any costs incurred by Berachch Travel in attempting to secure any revised arrangements.
We regret we will be unable to make any refund or compensation if the company is forced to cancel any tour due to major force such as war, civil strife, political unrest, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions,flood, epidemics, fire or external circumstances outside the control of the company.
We strongly recommend taking a travel insurance to cover serious illness, repatriation, and trip cancellation, postponement, or delay of a tour, lost or damaging luggage.
